I haven't had a soda since Thursday. Yay!

Weight

I am going to blog myself thin. I just want to drop a little weight to fit into some of my clothes again. I am going to keep a food diary and be completely honest. I will also have a weekly weigh in.

Current weight: 185.2

Breakfast: Plain oatmeal with soymilk, 2 teaspoons of white sugar, 1 orange, 2 cups of coffee with soy creamer
Lunch: Eggsalad on sourdough bread, nectarine, 1/2 cup blueberries
Dinner: ?

I will not drink soda toady.
